Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I’ve always been attuned to the quiet wisdom of nature and the subtle energetic forces that shape our lives. My work at EnResonance is rooted in the belief that healing is multidimensional — spanning the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic.

I hold a Master of Public Health in Healthcare Management and Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education. I have over a decade of experience in large healthcare systems, holistic healing, and consciousness-based practices. My approach is both grounded and intuitive, informed by a strong foundation in integrative wellness and subtle energy work.

My training includes:
