The Seattle Monroe Community Group is a growing community of graduates of Monroe Institute programs and those newly curious about tools for exploring and expanding consciousness.
The group meets monthly in person in Seattle to share in guided meditations, group discussions, and experiential practices that deepen awareness and connection.
Weekend workshops and extended retreats are also available.
